Slightly OT and somewhat late: I only became aware of this problem when
I upgraded form debian lenny to squeeze, advancing from kernel 2.6.26 to
2.6.32. I found out that the at76_usb sources from the latest kernel.org
2.6.31 staging tree compile happily against 2.6.32, too (using the
Makefile from berlioz), and the driver works for me (blacklisting
at76c50x-usb). With some kludge, it can be made to compile against
2.6.38, but I haven't verified its functionality yet. If there's
interest, and if I find that it works, I'll post patches here.
