Hello at the splash screen press a key to show the old menu the press F6 and delete quiet splash and if present vt7handoff too. It will start in tex mode so you can see where it freeze and refere what happens After you can try, ever in F6 menu noapic ecc. oprrtions. Thanks Fabio
