I'm afraid the information you've provided is not enough for us to fix
whatever caused this problem. Could you please run the installation
again, but this time in debug mode? Press 'Try Ubuntu' at the first
screen, then open a terminal and type `ubiquity -d`. When the install
crashes, run `sudo apport-collect 755833`.
