I have ran into a bit of a problem. Because I have tried to install
blackbuntu a few times, I now have several partitions on my hard drive from
the previous installations. One of them even seems to have all of the files
of the operating system contained within it, while the others do not.
However, my 126 gig harddrive is now divided up into 6 partitions!

I ran Disk Utility (System > Administration > Disk Utility) but everytime I
try to delete the other partitions I receive an error indicating that the
daemon is being inhibited. I am worried that I will end up not only unable
to install blackbuntu , but unable to use my netbook at all.

Is there a method that I can use to clean up the paritions created during
the previous failed installs?

Thank you for your time and help.

ps
i am running the install right now with a terminal window open running
ubiquity -d . It is copying the files and I will complete the prior
instructions as soon as the crash occurs again.
