Same bug here too. I get the same situation as Otacon1987. Video card is a GeForce 7300 GS.
Additional information. My computer locked up during the upgrade and I had to cut the power to get it back. Rebooting resulted in mount errors and no GUI. I finished the upgrade with a live disk.
