This should be fixed now thanks to some module parameter handling fixes
from Debian. Also note that nowadays you do this by booting the
installer with "eepro.io=10 eepro.irq=0x220" on the command line, which
makes sure that even if the network driver is loaded earlier than
expected then it still gets the desired parameters.
