thanks for your bug report. From the description of the bug it seems
that you are facing bug 755459 "invisible window again". is the issue
you reported 100% reproduce able or does it happen after the usage of
unity for a while and sometimes? Could you also test if that same part
of the screen is not click able in any other application taking that
part of the screen.
