Thank you for using Ubuntu and filing a bug. While this is indeed an issue, it
is the nature of the shell PATH and and admin users. Standard practice for
privileged admin users is to do at least one of:
* adjust there PATH to not contain $HOME/bin
* use an absolute path to sudo whenever they use it
** Visibility changed to: Public
** Changed in: sudo (Ubuntu)
Status: Confirmed => Won't Fix
