apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected natty running-unity staging

** Description changed:

When doing cert testing on the E4310, when I did the wireless-key test,
  the system locked up.

This system does not have a wireless hot-key, but it does have a
wireless on/off slider switch on the side of the case. Turning wi-fi
off via this switch causes the machine to lock up hard, requiring a
power-cycle to get it back up and running. I repeated this 3 times in a
  row.

This system is also listed as "Enabled" for 10.10 and in that test
submission, the wireless-key test is marked as pass. So I'm failing the
machine for natty and tagging this as a regression.

Previous successful test according to the "Enabled" submission.

*note that while that submission is on different physical hardware, they are
both E4310s
