HI Joe, thanks for your bug report. Could you please report back to let
us know if you are still getting these slow download speeds? I suspect
it may have just been due to the heavy load on the Ubuntu repositories
for the Natty release. If your speeds are still slow, a simple way to
potentially improve your download performance would be to just choose a
different mirror. You can try this easily by opening Software Center,
then choosing menu item "Edit -> Software Sources...", and then in the
"Ubuntu" tab, try a different mirror by changing the selection in the
"Download From" popup.
Please report back here if you continue to have issues and we can figure
out the best way to get to the source of the problem.
