The problem is: every window has a shadow around it. If the window is
not far enough away from the desktop edge, for the window manager it's
also on the other workspace (like if you have a window between two
workspaces). It's actually not just a problem with keyboard focus but
with many other things. Workaround: disable window shadows in ccsm
