This bug is popping up a lot (duplicate of bug #755641), but I haven't
been able to reproduce it in order to debug it. Perhaps the file is
getting corrupted during download? I've seen that error before with
other .zip files, and is usually fixed by just downloading the file
again.
Could you try removing it and reinstalling it? or dpkg --configure?
Sandbox Game Maker's license doesn't allow us to easily distribute the
content in Ubuntu, so we have to download the content from their
servers.
