this appens with the DVD and application of the archive monde-diplomatique on
10.10 and 11.04, and I cannot find any info about this problem (the appli is
totally based on GPL or GPL compatible licences)

at the end no appli starting

(a really very good source of information) and a pity that it could not
be used as the monde-diplo is the one who order a WCM that has been the
start of SPIP
