I find that you CAN just tell it to burn with K3B, select the writer
drive from the 2nd selector (instead of ISO) and then when K3B shows up
at the end, do it that way. It's roundabout but at least it works at
all.

Tonight, when I have more time, I'll run k9copy with gdb and give a
stacktrace and memdump.
