Darius Kulikauskas, regarding the third icon down in test.odt, what is
supposed to control the horizontal spacing between itheta and the
superscript "a" is double click first icon -> click Format -> Spacing...
-> change the Spacing combo box to 200% -> OK button. However, notice
the two icons do not move apart at all from one another. Confirming this
as a bug.
