This also causes banshee to take about 5 minutes to startup each time.
Running banshee --debug, I get this message for every song I've
purchased from the Ubuntu One Music Store which totals about 60 songs:

[1 Debug 22:23:00.317] U1MS: Track downloaded: -
/home/USERNAME/.ubuntuone/Purchased from Ubuntu One/Deep Red/DarkwaterS/Blind
Rage.mp3
[1 Debug 22:23:00.323] Not copying
file:///home/USERNAME/.ubuntuone/Purchased%20from%20Ubuntu%20One/Deep%20Red/DarkwaterS/Blind%20Rage.mp3
to library because there is already a file of same size at
file:///home/USERNAME/Music/Deep%20Red/DarkwaterS/04.%20Blind%20Rage.mp3

If I remove the purchased music from the /home/music folder, the
subsequent startup redownloads and imports the music into banshee
creating the same long startup on the next banshee startup.
