Gerti, thanks for submitting the screenshot. I recommend you uninstall
sysytem-config-date as it's no longer the recommended way to configure
your system clock in Ubuntu.

In Ubuntu (Unity), you can change the time by clicking the clock and selecting 
"Time & Date Settings."
In Ubuntu Classic, you can change the time by right-clicking on the clock and 
selecting "Preferences"

I am going to go ahead and close this bug since I think this issue is
resolved. Thanks again for reporting this!
