Hi Soren, thanks for taking the time to file this bug report!
It would appear that this feature is disabled by default, whether if by
intention or not:
$ grep dhclient-script /etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf
#script "/etc/dhcp3/dhclient-script";
The path is wrong, so make sure to update that, but also, if you had
this changed in /etc/dhcp3/dhclient.conf, and it wasn't carried forward
in the migration from dhcp3-client to isc-dhcp-client, that would be a
bug, as this particular package implements careful logic to migrate
changes forward.
After upgrade, do you still have /etc/dhcp3/dhclient.conf, and if so,
does it have that line uncommented?
