Thanks for your concern but I can no longer duplicate the environment.
I've changed operating systems several times since trying to install
MythBuntu and have rebuilt the machine as well -- new motherboard,
chip and disk.  I am installing Scientific Linux at the moment.
Good luck with Mythbuntu and I'm sorry I can't help.
