Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity-2d

I open firefox, my startpage appears, it's google, type a test query, expect to
see the overlay scrollbar, actually see the old scrollbar.
When the new scrollbar works, it's going to rule! In big pages, a mininmal
mouse moves scroll a lot, so it's hard to control the scrollbar. In twitter, I
go clicking more, the step goes becoming bigger and the scrollbar goes becoming
uncontrollable. Also, the old scrollbar needs adjusting mouse moves per page.
