I'm having the same problem in Lucid.
I've added the PPA, but it seems to only include the "fate" package.
apt thinks my libsv* stuff is all up to date.
Is lucid not supported by this PPA?
I would like to solve this without compiling ffmpeg from source. Please
advise.
