Hi,

Can you please check with some other keyboard if you can use the Ctrl +
Alt + L shortcut? Can I also ask what your keyboard layout is set to?

It plainly looks like you can't do multiple modifiers. Does:

Ctrl+Alt+Left/Right arrow work?
Alt + Shift + Tab (switches windows but backwards instead of forwards like Alt 
+ Tab does)
