@physe I have done it so that the left part of the mic is fully muted and the right is at 30%. This gave kind of optimal sound, but quality is still not so good. I have attached a picture with my settings (Sorry, it's in hungarian :) ).
@Marius I have had the same problem with the update manager, just lock the version in Synaptic. You can do this with CTRL-E I think. It will always remain in this version and the update manager won't update it either. ** Attachment added: "micvolume.png" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/783582/+attachment/2200404/+files/micvolume.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/783582 Title: [Aspire 3830TG, Conexant ID 506c, Speaker, Internal] No sound at all To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/783582/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
