I can resize the layer window horizontally but not vertically. but I
played with that a bit and that may be caused by my screen that is just
not high enough and the options cannot be "squeezed" any more. So I
think we may treat the bug report as solved. Sorry for doing a mess but
Unity is the less intuitive environment I've ever seen.
