I have just installed Ubuntu 11.04 and just now looked all over the place to find Help in the new Unity design. Help should get a great big button somewhere in the Dash, if nothing else.
Access to help should not depend on the Launcher buttons that a particular user has selected. It should always be accessible from a particular spot. I disagree that "Help" should be filed under "Applications".
