I reproduce the buggy behavior whenever I maximize any application. In particular, I can consistently reproduce the behavior of this bug report.
Sam -- pragmatically speaking, what needs to happen for this to get another look? Do you need another reproducible case? Does there need to be another bug report? Do we need to gather more information about what systems/configurations are affected, versus which were fixed?
