*I mean the use of RAM by software not a hardware itself. Windows 7
works on same computer without any problems though it uses memory and
CPU in a less efficient way.

One more interesting thing: very often after using Windows 7, Ubuntu
stops while starting up. Computer stops to answer my requests. I can
click Ctrl+Alt+Del, SysRq+B, SysRq+O and nothing happens. I have to
switch it off completely with a power button and then always the second
Ubuntu Start up is succesful
