Well, I'll mention it to the guys who maintain that PPA, but since it's
a PPA, I'll close this bug as Invalid (since it's not the actual Natty
or Oneiric packages in the archive). FWIW, this is fixed in Oneiric now,
the package just needs to be updated in the PPA.

Additionally, setting permissions as it is done for gnome-keyring will
only work for some filesystems. If you're trying to apply this on the
liveCD, it will not work (for obvious reasons). gnome-keyring in Oneiric
also works around this to start without the IPC_LOCK capability.
