Yes, this is still the case, I got an error refreshing INBOX "Unexpected response from IMAP server: List-Post: <...>".
This was when accessing GMail via IMAP; there was no such mail in the Inbox at the time. It "went away" after I archived the mails that were in the Inbox, but still no mail is displayed.
