UPDATE:

Problem is SOLVED in UBUNTU 11.10 ALPHA 3.

I tried the live cd (32 bit version) yesterday and everything started as
normal without any tweaks. I have tried in ALPHA 1 and 2, which both
fail(32 bit or 64 bit). I assume that the 64-bit will boot too. And the
Ubuntu version appears to be stable. I played full HD flash movies on it
and it didn't freeze. I haven't been able to do this successfully in
Debian, stable or testing or in Ubuntu 9.10.
