Thanks for follow up this, I close this report as Fix Released.
Feel free to reopen it if you encounter the same issue clicking on Status on
the jellow bar and set it back to New.

It completely freezes when trying to load desktop in all modes. Ubuntu
9.10 loads fine. I assume intel-graphics problems.
