Thank you very much for your answer. I found the solution, I recorded my 'sound recorder' file in a private directory, instead of saving it in 'Music' directory.
I suppose, Impress recognizes only sound files from 'Music' directory. This was my problem. NOW IT WORKS!!! I am still working on unbuntu 10.10. Is ubuntu 11.04 stable now??? I had a lot of problems 3 - 4 months ago.
