I thought I'd made it clear in the description that this was
reproducible:

"We were able to recreate this by having the other user log in again and
they received the sound."

Here are some detailed steps though:

1) On an Oneiric system listen to some music using mplayer (likely any app with 
pulseaudio as the output)
2) Have a user log into an Ubuntu system (fwiw the system we tested with was 
running 10.10) on the same IP subnet
3) Observe the sound from the system in step 1 wind up on the system in step 2
