We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported
bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time
you reported the bug. So, please check if it still exist, then please run this
command in your terminal: 'apport-collect 366261' (without quotes), after that
it'll be forwarded upstream immediately, isA.
Oh! and the 'In Progress' status blocks me and will do with any developer who
may intend to fix it. If you don't have time to fix it, please just assign it
back to 'No Body'.
