The "bad" part of this leak is definitely fixed now, but there still seems to be a leak when starting applications. I'm attaching a screenshot showing the mem usage of unity-2d-panel over time.
I started applications at various times (indicated by larger jumps), memory is freed when switching between windows, but not when closing the applications (at the end of the plot there's only a gnome-terminal running). ** Attachment added: "screenshot.png" https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity-2d/+bug/850320/+attachment/2413788/+files/screenshot.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/850320 Title: bad memory leak in unity-2d-panel To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity-2d/+bug/850320/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
