John: can we re-look at this per Jeremy's concerns and assess (version-
to-version) whether it's a good idea. It appears to be a valid point
that if the textual documentation suggests that somebody "click on the
Ubuntu icon in the top corner" the presence of the second Ubuntu logo in
some contexts breaks that.
