@adconrad; description updated

** Description changed:

  The "Desktop" placeholder menubar that appears on Unity when no window
  is focused is currently "[ubuntu roundal] Desktop". The use of the
  'ubuntu roundal' is problematic because it is an inactive element that
  looks almost identical to the BFB button which was present in Natty.

  Desired solution:

  - When no window is in focus (e.g. after logging in or after closing all
  windows), the word "Ubuntu Desktop" should be displayed in the top left
  of the Top Bar.

- - There are no window controls ("Buttons") associated with the desktop,
- so mousing into the top left of the panel should continue to display
- "Ubuntu Desktop"
-
- - The special version of the Nautilus menu for the desktop should be
- used when the pointer is over the panel (menu defined in a separate bug)
-
  - If it is not possible to change the string to "Ubuntu Desktop" due to
  translation issues, the fall back option (to be avoided if possible) is
  to use just the word "Desktop"
