llvm-gcc-4.2 had already been removed from Oneiric when you made that
request:

  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/llvm-gcc-4.2/+publishinghistory

There is still a dragonegg task open here. Is there anything remaining
for the Ubuntu archive admins to do, or is this purely a package
maintenance task?

** Changed in: llvm-gcc-4.2 (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Fix Released
