When the hang happens, the ps -ef > /run/.initramfs/udevps.log I placed
at the bottom of initrd's /scripts/init-bottom/udev does not appear to
happen.  (On a good boot, it does)

Here is the udev log file printing out the info about the hanging worker
and event.
