Hello! I'm sorry Ubuntu One is not working as expected. Can you please open seahorse (System -> Preferences -> Password and Encryption Keys) and confirm if you have an entry for Ubuntu One?
If you do, please remove it and then open a terminal an run the following command: u1sdtool -q The re-open the controlpanel and let me know if you could authenticated properly.
