The "Choose a picture" window stopped my install.  No way to proceed I
thought.

Do note by that time "grub" was screwed which took a scramble with a usb
hard drive to get running again.

Someone on the forums said put the mouse cursor in the middle, hold down
Alt, press left button and move the screen.

That worked, I was able to move the window to get to Continue.

I'd appreciate it if Continue was pre-selected so simply pushing enter
would get by this troublesome screen.

For that matter, since I can change the picture with "settings" I don't
see the utility of this "extra" step in install whatever.

I'd prefer install where you set up choices, when all are made, then
install proceeds without this complication of every so often a new
choice shows up which can clobber the install and grub if these further
choices fail.
