closing the dash do not fix the issue. But closing the session and restarting it works. I found that this bug is in some way related with "suspend" mode. If I restart my pc, all is well. Then I suspend ubuntu, and re-enable it....and the problem is there. If I close the session and re-log in it's fixed again.
