The message "[ **** ] hub 1-1:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 6" shows up in syslog about 3 times / second. Usb devices seem to work normally. I have seen this happening in 11.04 and now on 11.10.
The bug makes login shell (Ctrl + Alt + F1) unusable as the error messages are printed on the screen. I'll provide more information if needed. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/256767 Title: USB devices work, but constant syslog errors "unable to enumerate USB device on port 5" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/256767/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
