thanks for your bug report. generally a very small size icons have been
used in Ubuntu in the past so this has not been very prominent as a
result many apps have had bad quality icons. So I believe this issue
needs to be addressed in individual apps. The fix will be eventual as
apps will fix when their users report bug to their developers or the
developers realize themselves.
