as an addition, when I use vinagre, it seems it correctly detects all of my keys and graphically asks for my key passphrase, and remember it across disconnections (It seems the dialog is not ssh-askpass since it offers much more options, including the time the key sould remain unlocked), but event after the key has been unlocked by vinagre, ssh in a shell does not provide the key to the remote host unless I choose it wit ssh -i...
