If it is, there's not much sign of it the lsusb -v output either. Maybe it's 
using some proprietary protocol for the audio stuff. 
Either way, it seems non-trivial to resolve the problem.

If you dual-boot windows, you might be able to figure out that way
whether the internal mic is connected to the built-in sound card or the
webcam, but even if you do, I'm not sure how to proceed in supporting
this device, especially not if it's webcam connected. Sorry.
