@famous man: when blacklisting the rtl2800* my eeepc doen not have wireless functionality anymore, does not help for me
@others: found also a relation between when running on battery, no panic occurs when on AC power, only when disconnection from AC power to battery, running Evolution (with 5 min updates) and leaving the system untouched for a while. SImilar panic occur within the hour or so.
