Reopen.
Issue still remains after removal of gnome-shell and gnome-tweak-tool, so it 
wasn't related to them as suspected.
Work with 10 and more files, after finishing, open gnome-activity-journal, 
python races cpu to 100 and desktop will almost freeze, at least desktop is 
lagging, same with running other apps now, e.g. Nautilus will react more slow. 

Force quit gnome-activity-journal and wait two or three minutes. Now
opening again will allow to e.g. remove file event address.
