Attaching snapshots from SUSE 10.1 showing how the three view-mode buttons should be. I wish I could vote for this bug. (It's so useful to us to be a bug, not a wishlist.)
BTW I don't understand what is meant by "disappeared somehow". Was it there in previous versions of Kubuntu?
