Thankyou Lynne that has cleared up the problem. Your missing the gpg keys your system uses to verify the repository before it gets packages to update with. This is designed to ensure you get the proper packages form a known signed source. To fix this we need to import the keys for each repo into your system. Please follow the steps below to do this.
Using the terminal again do (without the quote) "sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 16126D3A3E5C1192 40976EAF437D05B5" then "sudo apt-get update" Hopefully this will eliminate the errors you have been getting.
